Vestnik of Rostov State University of Economics (RINH) is a peer-reviewed academic and practice-oriented journal published by Rostov State University of Economics (RINH) since 1996. The journal presents the results of contemporary research on economic processes and systems at different levels, ranging from individual organizations and sectoral markets to regional, national, and global economies.

The journal focuses on management, finance, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, sustainable development, international economic relations, regional and sectoral transformations, transport, and logistics. Its editorial policy is aimed at publishing original research that includes a well-founded formulation of the research problem, a relevant methodology, an analysis of current academic literature, and substantiated research results.

Alongside theoretical studies, the journal accepts applied research based on statistical data, observations, modelling, comparative and institutional analysis, and other approaches appropriate to the subject of the study.

The journal provides a platform for presenting and discussing research results obtained by Russian and international scholars, university faculty, postgraduate students, and practitioners. The Editorial Board supports interdisciplinary research provided that it corresponds to the journal’s economic profile and contains an independent scientific contribution.
