Aims

The aim of Vestnik of Rostov State University of Economics (RINH) is to publish and disseminate the results of contemporary economic research contributing to the development of theory, methodology, and applied tools for the study of socio-economic systems and processes.

The journal’s editorial policy is focused on studies in which a clearly formulated research problem is combined with a sound methodology, analysis of current academic literature, reliable empirical material, and a substantiated interpretation of the results obtained.

Scope

The journal accepts original theoretical and applied research articles in the following areas:

• management of economic systems;
• digital economy and digital transformation;
• economics and entrepreneurship;
• finance, credit, and accounting;
• regional and sectoral economics;
• sustainable development and innovation;
• international economics and foreign economic relations;
• contemporary challenges and strategies of socio-economic development;
• transport and logistics systems, supply chains, and logistics solutions.

Interdisciplinary studies are considered provided that they contain a clearly defined economic research problem and an independent scientific contribution.

The principal criteria for relevance to the journal’s scope are the scientific significance of the research problem, methodological validity, reliability of the material used, and novelty of the results obtained.

Target Audience

The journal is intended for researchers, university faculty, postgraduate students, specialists from research and educational institutions, representatives of public and municipal authorities, and practitioners whose professional and research activities are related to economics, management, finance, entrepreneurship, regional and sectoral development, international economic relations, transport, and logistics.

Types of Published Content

The journal primarily publishes original research articles presenting the results of independent scholarly research and falling within the journal's aims and scope.

Published articles should contain a well-founded research problem, an analysis of relevant scholarly literature, a description of the research methodology, a substantiated presentation of the results obtained, and conclusions.

Materials that do not constitute independent scholarly research or fall outside the journal's aims and scope are not accepted for publication.
