Abstract

Introduction. The dynamic development of international trade between Russia and China requires the introduction of innovative ways of interaction, among which common digital platforms occupy a key place. In the context of the transition to a data economy, the task of synchronizing business processes and creating unified information exchange mechanisms is becoming more urgent. The research is aimed at studying the process of forming joint RussianChinese digital platforms as a tool for intellectualizing trade operations and strengthening cross-border supply chains. Materials and methods. The paper uses a systematic approach to the analysis of platform business models. Methods of comparative analysis of the functionality of Russian and Chinese marketplaces were used, as well as technological processes for extracting, converting and uploading data to form unified analytical repositories were studied. The theoretical basis consists of works in the field of digital logistics and management of international supply chains. Research results. It is revealed that the creation of common platforms is based on the integration of national e-commerce systems, payment services and logistics resources. Special attention is paid to the implementation of the B2B platform project (business for business), which provides a full cycle of transaction support, including automated labeling of goods. It has been established that the integration of Russian state logistics control system with Chinese digital transport networks can significantly reduce costs and speed up customs clearance of goods. Discussion and conclusion. The issues of information security, cryptographic data protection and the need to harmonize the regulatory framework of the two countries in the field of the platform economy are considered. The role of artificial intelligence algorithms and virtual assistants in increasing the transparency of commercial interactions within closed ecosystems is analyzed. It has been proven that the transition to common digital platforms provides a significant increase in efficiency through the use of ready-made modular solutions and scalability of business processes. The results of the study confirm that the coordinated exchange of platform data creates a trusting digital environment and promotes the integration of logistics infrastructures in Russia and China
