QUESTIONS OF PROJECTING THE PROJECTOR OF REALIZATION OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION ON THE BASIS OF INDUSTRIAL PARKS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

Introduction. The article is devoted to the research of actual forms of infrastruc- tural support of regional economy in the direction of sustainability on the basis of industrial parks development. The aspiration to concentration and territorial organisation of industrial pro- duction and the need for specialised sites of techno-innovative type in retrospect are noted. Materials and methods. The materials for this work were scientific and practical research of domestic authors, analytical data of the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia, and open sources of the Internet. The methods of system and comparative analysis, synthesis, generalisa- tion and graphical interpretation of data were applied in the work. Research results. Infrastruc- tural support for the development of industrial potential in Russia is considered. The architecture of industrial infrastructure forms and mechanisms of territorial development is presented. The article discusses variants of combination of industrial park and preferential regimes of economy in the aspect of territorial development and organization of industrial infrastructure. A quantita- tive and qualitative analysis of the dynamics of industrial and technology parks in Russia has been carried out. The regional representation of these forms of infrastructure has been assessed. The regional experience of the effectiveness of industrial parks as a tool for the development of industrial entrepreneurship is presented. Based on the analysis the main tasks of technopark for sustainable development of the region are defined. Discussion and conclusion. Industrial parks implement the needs of different institutions of the market economy. Regional development of industrial and technoparks as an element of innovation infrastructure provides structural adapta- tion of the Russian economy within the framework of sustainable development goals.
