ISSUES RELATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURAL SUPPORT FOR INTERNATIONAL LABOR MIGRATION

Abstract

Introduction. The article examines the issues of revealing the importance of the social infrastructure of labor migration as the most important factor in harmonizing the influence of external influences on the social processes of the host country. It is noted that the main provi- sions of the international labor migration management system should be expanded based on cur- rent trends. Materials and methods. The article examines the development of infrastructural support for international labor migration based on the opinions of experts analyzing a similar area, as well as on the analysis of existing trends in infrastructural support for economic devel- opment, including in the interests of desirable international labor migrants. Methods of collect- ing and comparing information, analyzing and synthesizing data were used to form consistent conclusions. Research results. It is specified that the social aspects of the stay of migrant work- ers in the country of their production activities involve additional work that prevents the for- mation of possible negative effects, including socio-cultural and industrial training. Knowledge of the rules and culture of the host country, as well as its history and language, are important components of this work, which can be carried out in the country of origin of the migration flow. Discussion and conclusion. The development of special vocational education systems within the framework of improving the processes of regulating labor migration makes it possible to realize the integration effects of the two countries, since it involves not only the movement of labor from one country to another, but also the exchange of knowledge between countries, im- proving the skills of a single labor potential. It is important to form a digital ecosystem for mi- grant workers in the host country based on information support for the functioning of the rele- vant infrastructure.: to record the living conditions and use of public services, provide access to medical care, education and upbringing, support financial transactions, personal and public communications.
