THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ANALYSIS OF INTERNATIONAL LABOR MIGRATION PROCESSES

Abstract

Introduction. The presented article reveals the scientific and practical problems of classical concepts of the formation of migration processes in the world, analyzes the direc-tions and scales of international labor flows. The purpose of the article is a comprehensive study of theoretical basis of the features of international labor migration and, on this basis, an empiri-cal study of modern features of international labor migration processes. Materials and methods. To achieve this goal, the research uses an integrated approach that provides for the analysis of theoretical works by leading scientists in the scientific and practical field devoted to the prob-lems of international economic relations. At the same time, the method of graphical interpreta-tion, data analysis and synthesis is used. In the course of the work, the method of comparative analysis of statistical data from different sources was used. Research results showed that in modern conditions of profound changes in the main forms of international economic relations, accompanied by a complex multidimensional structural transformation of the role and function-ing of all components of the global community, new trends related to international labor migra-tion are emerging that require systematic scientific study. Discussion and conclusion. Migration as one of the main forms of international economic relations is an important transformational process that has played a huge role in the development and functioning of the global community since the beginning of its formation. This process shapes international labor markets, influences the distribution of labor, and can significantly develop the economy of both an individual macro-region and an entire country.
