METHODS OF APPLYING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN MANAGING THE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Introduction. The article considers modern approaches to using artificial intelli- gence (AI) to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises. Materials and methods. The stated objective of the study to determine the ways of using AI in managing the operational effi- ciency of enterprises correlates with the analysis of approaches and examples of successful ap- plication of AI in managing the operational efficiency of enterprises, as a research problem, for the solution of which traditional methods of information processing and analysis were used. Systematization and generalization of data on the modern specifics of the implementation of AI technologies in industrial production was carried out. Research results. The article analyzes key AI technologies, such as machine learning, big data processing and neural networks used to op- timize production processes, resource management and management decision-making. Particu- lar attention is paid to the integration of AI into enterprise management systems to automate routine operations, predictive analytics and improve planning accuracy. Examples of successful implementation of AI technologies in manufacturing enterprises in a number of industries are given, and the expected challenges and prospects for further development of AI technologies in the corporate sector of the country are formulated. Discussion and conclusion. The study found that AI implemented in companies is used to a greater extent to improve the operational effi- ciency of business processes, and to a lesser extent to solve analytical problems. It was also con- cluded that the most common way to use AI is the independent development and implementa- tion of technologies by the company itself.
