TRANSFORMATION OF THE METHODOLOGY FOR EVALUATING THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE ENTERPRISES OF THE CONSTRUCTION COMPLEX (ON THE EXAMPLE OF DONETSK PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC)

Abstract

Introduction. The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need to integrate non-financial factors into the investment strategies of enterprises with the active implementation of Environment, Social, Governance (hereinafter ESG) principles. The aim of the research is to develop an algorithm of transformation of the methodology of evaluation of the management system at the enterprises of the construction complex of Donetsk People's Republic (hereinafter referred to as DPR) in the context of global development trends and implementation approaches. Materials and methods. The author's methodology of management system evaluation at the enterprises of the construction complex was used in the research. Special attention was paid to the introduction of reliable environmental management systems, ensuring fair labor practices, management transparency and public openness of reporting documentation. Research results. To understand the roles and responsibilities of the administration of the implementation process and the application of the methodology of evaluation of the management system at the enterprise of the construction complex, a model for the distribution of the powers of responsibility of stakeholders was developed. Discussion and conclusion. The paper proposes and describes a cumulative approach to the transformation of the methodology of management system assessment at the enterprises of the construction complex. The essence of transformation of the methodology consists in systemic changes of the sectoral enterprises of the complex by means of integration of assessment directions (corporate social responsibility, quality of corporate governance, attitude to ecology, labor environment, labor safety) into the activity.
