Abstract

The logistics industry has entered a period of rapid development and digital transformation, with smart logistics technologies becoming the driving force of economic and industrial change. The use of intelligent logistics technologies creates the prerequisites for changing the structure of the company's human resources. Now it is not enough for employees to have knowledge and skills in the field of logistics; they need to understand and manage digital technologies. Therefore, the main question of this study is to find ways to implement human capital reserves in logistics practice in the context of digital transformation of logistics systems.
