ANALYSIS OF EMIGRATION PROCESSES IN RUSSIA IN CONDITIONS OF SPECIAL MILITARY OPERATION

Abstract

Article analyzes the trend of citizens emigration from Russia since the start of special military operation. Conclusion is drawn in favor of scientifically based opinion that there was a serious increase in the scale of emigration outflow of citizens from Russia in 2022. Quite significant changes in structure of geographical directions of emigration from Russia have been identified, manifested primarily in gradual increase in interest of Russian emigrants towards friendly countries. Attempt was made to determine the nature of emigration processes in Russia in 2022. Thesis about combination of manifestations of forced and voluntary emigration in 2022 is substantiated.
