INNOVATIVE LOGISTICS POTENTIAL OF CHINA'S PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

Abstract

Stimulating innovation is one of key principles of public procurement. The main topic of article is search for reserves for the growth of innovative logistics potential in public procurement system of China. Prospects for procurement of innovative and high-tech products while meeting state needs are reflected in interconnection of innovation, logistics and procurement activities. This creates prerequisites for implementation of reserves of country's socio-economic development.
