REGULATORS OF GRAIN MARKET OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN 2023

Abstract

Regulation of country's grain market is debatable issue, since it affects the interests of all participants in national agro-food system. It is necessary to comply with such dependencies as ensuring the country's food security and grain exports, increasing the profitability of grain sector and stimulating the development of animal husbandry. Imbalance of these processes negatively affects the achievement of targets in development of agro-industrial complex as a whole. Article ex- amines the main aspects of regulating the grain market of Russia in situation of expanding supply, rising costs of plant growers. Article is devoted to practical issues of regulating the functioning and regulation of grain market in conditions of expanded supply, price stabilization at the level of previous periods without taking into account the growth of producers' costs. Necessity of applying administrative and economic regulators of grain market in order to increase the efficiency of its functioning and progressive development of entire agro-food system is substantiated.
