Abstract

Article presents the analyzes the transport and logistics industry of country and Rostov region. Examples of development of region with relationship between business and state are presented, ways of further development of region in prospects up to 2030 are considered. Ideas of interaction between the state and business for creation of digital logistics complexes in Rostov region and neighboring regions are considered.
