Abstract

Article based on an analysis of existing systems for global competitiveness of states assessing assesses the main problems of their practical application in order to both compare the macroeconomic systems effectiveness and forecast business activity within their boundaries. Based on the results obtained, the author proposed the main directions for modernizing existing methods for assessing national competitiveness.
