RELATIONSHIP OF REGIONAL LABOR MARKET AND SPHERE OF EDUCATION: THEORY AND PRACTICE

Abstract

Article examines the extremely pressing problem of organizing an effective system of interaction between educational institutions and regional labor markets, purpose of which is to reduce the demand and supply of personnel, aligning the competencies of students acquired in process of theoretical and practical training with specific skills and abilities in demand by employers. Author proves the thesis about the need to match graduates' specialties to the needs of regional labor markets and the advisability of ensuring the flexibility of educational programs to constantly changing requirements of the labor market in regions.
