INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT FOR BASIC SECTORS OF REGIONAL ECONOMICS

Abstract

Development of institutional basis of regional infrastructure serves as foundation for balanced development and competitiveness of socio-economic system. This is confirmed by current vector of digital transformation and restructuring of supply chains in context of new geopolitical situation and economic crisis. Article examines institutional transformations in regional economy, caused by complication of economic relations, emergence of new sectors and areas of activity, and evolution of legislative institutionalization of legal norms and regulations. It is concluded that from the point of view of institutional support, key factor is development of infrastructure and its digital transformation.
