ORGANIZATION OF MANAGEMENT OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN SPECIAL CONDITIONS AS ELEMENT OF NATIONAL SECURITY SYSTEM

Abstract

Currently, in context of complication of operational situation, management of power structures is of particular importance. The need to ensure national security involves, first of all, optimization of development processes and management decisions in all areas of its provision. Socio-political situation and stability of public life depend on economic situation in country. Significant role in its provision is assigned to internal affairs bodies. Creation in structure of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation the Main Directorate for Operational Response of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation reflects the existing changes in approaches to management in special conditions. Regulation on Main Directorate for Operational Response of Ministry of Internal Affairs clarifies in practical terms the very concept of special conditions, which should have a positive effect on management activities in internal affairs bodies. As a result of study, it was concluded that changes are systematic and will help strengthen the national security of Russian Federation.
