PRODUCTION LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE OF CLOSED SUPPLY CHAINS IN SPHERE OF CIRCULATION OF SOLID MUNICIPAL WASTE

Abstract

Article is devoted to actual problem of determining the optimal value of industrial logistics infrastructure of closed supply chains in the field of MSW handling to ensure their effective functioning. Views of various scientists on logistics infrastructure from the point of view of theory and practice of logistics are considered in article. Methodological tools of study are based on analysis of information sources considering this problem, as well as approaches to identifying the essence of logistics infrastructure. This allowed the authors to propose a methodological approach to the formation of qualitative and quantitative composition of logistic infrastructure of closed supply chains in sphere of MSW handling. The main task of closed supply chains in sphere of MSW management is to achieve the set goals, corresponding to environmental policy and regulations governing the procedure of their treatment. Quantitative assessment of production logistic infrastructure of closed supply chains in sphere of MSW management, requires analysis of value of material flows, starting from collection of MSW and ending with their sale, recycling and utilization.
