Abstract

Article presents the directions, factors and conditions of accelerated economic growth of regional economic complex, characterizes the difficulties caused by strengthening of sanctions restrictions, situation associated with temporary difficulties of socio-economic systems development in pandemic, lockdown, reveals the main problem aspects of import substitution in agricultural sector of region under study.
