YOUTH EMPLOYMENT STUDY IN RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN MODERN MARKET CONDITIONS

Article is aimed at studying the features of implementation of principles of decent work in Russia in the field of youth employment, as well as the search for methods and recommendations that contribute to further employment of young professionals in labor market. Solution of large-scale problems of economic development in the field of innovation involves a more efficient use of both the labor and intellectual potential of employees in organizations, in particular, potential of young people as future labor force, which are main sources of renewal of existing employees, as well as acting as «generators» innovative ideas and thoughts. Thanks to in-depth study and monitoring, factors influencing the development of youth employment have been identified, imperatives of youth interaction with labor market have been considered, and a set of measures has been developed to provide employment opportunities for young people with decent pay and working conditions. Conclusions and generalizations of study can be applied in practice of heads of organizations, banks, market participants in order to attract talented young people to work and implement the principles of decent work in Russia in field of employment. Scientific significance lies in possibility of actively using the results of work in process of developing practice-oriented recommendations for implementation of principles of decent work for young people in our country at the present stage of economic development.
