Abstract

Article studies essence of mechanism of management of financial and economic activity of enterprise and, in particular, financial mechanism as an external shell of its internal economic mechanism. Different approaches to its definition are analyzed and a new view of the general structure of financial mechanism is offered. Article substantiates the necessity of improving the management of financial and economic activity in order to solve tasks.
