INTELLIGENTLY FUNCTIONING BUSINESS GROUPS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES: CLASSIFICATION, MODELING OF ACTIVITIES

Abstract

Business groups of industrial enterprises differ in nature of their origin, purpose, structure and values of various parameters. Author's classification of intellectually functioning business groups into following types is carried out in study: clusters, self-regulating organizations and groups of enterprises as part of technocenoses. The main functions and features of functioning of clusters and self-regulating organizations are considered. Necessity of formalization (mathematical modeling) and possibility of forming elements of artificial intelligence in functioning of business groups of industrial enterprises is substantiated. Corresponding mathematical tools are analyzed: theory of active systems, theory of games, theory of technocenoses, etc. Role of business groups of industrial enterprises in formation and functioning of technocenoses is outlined.
