Abstract

Article substantiates the need to assess and analyze the fishery sector in South of Russia, taking into account the state and prospects for development of fish production. As well as environmental component that ensures the safety of manufactured products for consumers, and identifying systemic problems in development of import-independent and technologically sovereign fish industry in South of Russian Federation.
