CHANGES IN LOGISTICS OF PROCUREMENT FOR STATE AND MUNICIPAL NEEDS CAUSED BY THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Abstract

Within the framework of scientific article described changes in legal framework in the field of procurement for state needs, as well as in related logistics processes, identified and disclosed changes in legal framework regarding the conclusion and implementation of contracts in procurement activities to ensure state guarantees, given the features of digitalization of procurement logistics processes, identified changes and consequences for public procurement logistics during the crisis, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, a range of significant prospects for development of domestic producers and logistics providers is offered.
