INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT AND PROBLEMS OF ITS REGULATION IN FORMAT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY

Abstract

Article is devoted to the search for solution to problems of regulating the innovative development of national economy in unstable conditions of existing socio-economic crisis, considered in context of economic security. Article substantiates that the economic security of macro level is directly dependent on the level of scientific and technological development and functioning of innovation sphere of national economy. Authors of article state that the country is currently witnessing a process of reducing the accumulated scientific and technical potential and a low level of development of innovation sphere in comparison with what is necessary for innovative breakthrough. According to authors, the main reason for this state of the innovation sphere of national economy is imperfection of macro-innovation policy pursued by state. As a consequence, in order to neutralize negative trends, it is necessary to create conditions for advance movement of Russia along an innovative path of development and to have an effective type of management mechanism. 2021 № 1 (73) Вестник Ростовского государственного экономического университета (РИНХ) Authors of article determine the necessary conditions for accelerating innovative development through the implementation of its active regulation by the state, which makes it possible to increase the level of scientific, technical and innovative security.
