Abstract

The study of implementation of digital administration acquires special importance for modern logistics systems that face problems of complication and virtualization of logistics flows. Digital administration concerns many subsystems and elements of supply chains, but in this article author focuses on state support for logistics processes. In this context, the introduction of the most innovative tools for state regulation of supply chains, ranging from automated transactions and electronic document management to the formation of a regulatory framework for the use of smart contracts in digital logistics ecosystems, is considered.
