BUILDING AN ORGANIZATIONAL AND STRUCTURAL MODEL FOR MANAGING AN INNOVATIVE ECOSYSTEM

Abstract

Processes of managing the components of integrated organizational mechanism, which is based on ecosystem approach that takes into account both vertical and horizontal integration of system participants in order to achieve synergistic effect, are currently being actualized. Author, based on a review of materials of domestic and foreign authors in application of modeling of management processes of innovation ecosystems the structural components of model of innovation ecosystem management are given. Algorithm of phased execution of work in model of management of innovation ecosystem is certain. A set of mandatory elements of model created. A number of basic principles of model and proposed a 3-module model of innovative ecosystem management.
