Abstract

Presented article reveals the specifics of building relations between the state and private business in the framework of public-private partnership, describes the necessary attributes of the relationship design process, taking into account the mutually beneficial participation, resulting in a rational use of budget funds and revenues, significantly increasing the interest of both partners and increase the chances of implementation, presents the reasons for the multifaceted interest of private business in public-private partnerships, based on guarantees of obtaining.
