STATE PROCUREMENT IN CHINA AND UNITY OF LOGISTIC FLOWS

Abstract

Article considers the organization of public procurement by Chinese government. Features of commodity flows circulating in public procurement market of China are investigated. It is shown that Chinese government is building an integrated system of development of state procurement aimed at solving innovative and social problems; supporting small and medium enterprises, reducing unemployment, reducing the dependence of national economy on foreign capital. It is proposed to expand the interaction of government procurement with logistics companies. Use of logistic tools was recommended in order to increase the competitiveness of Chinese public procurement system.
