DETERMINANTS OF SYSTEM DYSFUNCTIONS OF TRAINING FOR DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

Author justifies the need for new approach to transfer of knowledge in context of formation of digital economy in country. Structural changes in knowledge management are required. Article presents the results of empirical studies supporting the conclusions on the need to revise the approach to knowledge transfer. Training should correlate with structural changes in economy. Innovative technologies need a new knowledge development system for economic activities that includes the participation of potential users and new business models. At present, there is no such correlation in Russia, which becomes a barrier to formation of new technological order. Relevant information is necessary not only for entrepreneurs, but also for investors.
