FORMATION OF GREEN ECONOMY IN ORGANIZATION OF BLACK SEA ECONOMIC COOPERATION (BSEC)

Abstract

Article deals with issues of sustainable development based on formation of green economy in Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC). Author identified priority areas for development of green economy in BSEC. Within the framework of considered directions it is shown that with help of green principles it is possible to implement strategies in countries seeking to improve the quality and living conditions of population, therefore, to reduce the unfavourable impact on environment. Examines in detail the working groups on environmental protection and energy of BSEC, which play a priority role in effective formation of green economy in Black Sea region. Author systematized all documents in these areas of cooperation, which allowed to identify the key tasks and priorities of BSEC at this stage of world economy development.
