Abstract

Article presents an analysis of impact of education system on development of institutional entrepreneurial environment, it is proved that this system determines the formation of human capital as entrepreneurial resource. Survey data on the motives for involvement of individuals in entrepreneurial activity and their problems are presented. It is concluded that quality of institutional business environment is closely linked with country's education system and system of state institutions.
