DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS IN CONDITIONS OF THEIR GREENING

Abstract

Article considers the modern view of improving the concept of sustainable development of socio-economic systems in conditions of their greening. As a result, the basic role of environmental-oriented transformation of system of continuing education is shown in framework of focusing on development of dominant environmental education and education of students in it. Attention is paid to the greening of infrastructure and production sphere of socioeconomic systems in terms of supporting alternative energy, and project of green cluster of wind energy in Rostov region is proposed as example of greening socio-economic systems. In conclusion, the tools for stimulating the green economy are presented.
