SELECTION OF PRIORITY MARKET IN THE SECTORS OF EAEU IN IMPLEMENTATION OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC SUPRANATIONAL INTERESTS

Abstract

Article is a continuation of scientific research begun in the article «Foreign economic supranational interests in the sectors of the EAEU: a method for choosing a priority market», published in the previous issue. Realization of national and supranational interests seems to be relevant in context of Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) transition from the organizational phase to concept of uniform conditions for functioning of specified markets. Prioritization of industry markets includes the justification of algorithm and a set of criteria proposal by which readiness and potential of integration supranational interests can be assessed. Based on the 2010–2018, strategic importance of agro-food sector of EAEU member states has been proved on basis of sector's shares in GDP (PPP) and employed workers. Criteria for assessing the role of foreign economic unit of agro-food sector have been developed and a trend towards the identity of its foreign economic role has been established, which is the basis for creation of a unified agrarian policy and the producers’ interests harmonization. Implementation of EAEU pilot project «joint produced products» in agrarian sphere of Union State is proposed.
