FINANCIAL AND BUDGETARY POLICY MEASURES IN COVID-19 PANDEMIC OUTBREAK

Abstract

Article provides an overview of financial and budgetary policy measures with an emphasis on international experience of developed countries in improving the institutional framework for supporting the economy in the context of rapidly developing pandemic crisis. Forecasts for development of the world and Russian economies are analyzed, and channels of influence of COVID-19 on the global economic architecture and budgetary policies of states are identified. Based on the analytical data presented in the article, a set of measures in the field of public finance management in order to prevent budgetary risks is proposed.
