PROBLEMS OF ENSURING THE SUSTAINABILITY OF BUDGET SYSTEM OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC UNCERTAINTY

Abstract

Article substantiates the need to ensure the long-term sustainability of the country's budget system as one of the most important prerequisites for maintaining macroeconomic stability in the face of high economic uncertainty caused by the coronavirus pandemic. The substantive characteristic of budget sustainability is revealed. It is concluded that the problem of sustainability of budgets of the budgetary system in conditions of limited financial resources requires a comprehensive-systematic approach to the development of an effective fiscal toolkit aimed at overcoming the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic in the context of the implementation of national goals in Russia.
