ROLE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN FORMATION OF PROFESSIONALLY-ORIENTED EDUCATIONAL CLUSTERS

Abstract

Relevance of article is due to the increasing role of project management in implementation of state policy both in the field of socio-economic development of country as a whole, and in development of professional education system. This article proposes to consider as professionally-oriented educational clusters the institutions created during the implementation of national projects «Education» and «Science»: centers of advanced professional training, workshops equipped with modern material and technical facilities, and world-class scientific and educational centers. Research uses the methods of institutional economics and regional research, which allowed us to analyze the role of project management in formation and functioning of professionally-oriented educational clusters, and determine the main directions of their activities. Based on the study and analysis of activities of advanced training centers, workshops equipped with modern material and technical facilities, and world-class scientific and educational centers, a scheme for development of professionally-oriented educational clusters in all regions of Russia is proposed.
