ASSESSMENT OF SYSTEM STRUCTURE OF GAS DISTRIBUTION ORGANIZATIONS: EXTERNAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

For gas distribution organization to conduct successful economic activities, sustainable and effective development of enterprise, it is necessary to solve the problem of building a management system that will meet modern challenges and will be focused on long-term development. Management needs to overcome the problem of imbalance in intrafirm subsystems and eliminate systemic imbalances within the enterprise. Article studies the cost and physical indicators of Russian gas distribution organizations presented in information and analytical system (SPARK) and confirms the hypothesis that balance of system structure of enterprises in studied field of activity is a basic factor in achieving the efficiency of enterprises in medium and long term.
