Open Access Policy

Vestnik of Rostov State University of Economics (RINH) provides open access to its published scholarly content.

Full texts of published articles are available on the journal’s official website without registration or subscription fees for readers. Open access facilitates the dissemination of research results, supports their use in research and education, and promotes scholarly communication.

Journal content is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

Under this license, published materials may be copied, distributed, adapted, and otherwise reused provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s), the original publication is identified, and the source is acknowledged.

Authors retain authorship rights to their published works. Open access does not waive the requirements of academic integrity, proper citation, and respect for copyright.

The open access policy applies to the electronic versions of published articles. Distribution of the printed version of the journal, including subscription-based distribution, is organized separately.

Author Self-Archiving

The journal permits authors to deposit versions of their scholarly articles in institutional and subject repositories, on personal academic webpages, and on other platforms of the author's choice.

The following versions may be deposited without an embargo:

  • Submitted Version – the version of the manuscript submitted to the journal before peer review;
  • Author Accepted Manuscript – the version accepted for publication following peer review and revision, but before final publisher formatting;
  • Version of Record – the final version of the article as published by the journal.

When depositing the published Version of Record, authors must retain information identifying the original publication and provide the complete bibliographic citation, including the journal title, year, issue, page range, and DOI where available.

Information concerning the applicable Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license must be retained when the published version is deposited.

Depositing an article in a repository or on another platform does not alter the status of its original publication in the journal and does not remove the requirement to provide appropriate attribution to the published source.

Permitted commercial and non-commercial reuse of published material is governed by the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license and applicable law.
