User Agreement

1. General Provisions

This User Agreement sets out the terms of use of the official website of the scientific journal Vestnik of Rostov State University of Economics (RINH).

The website operates on the Open Journal Systems platform and provides information about the Journal, its editorial policies, publication requirements, Editorial Board, published issues and scholarly articles.

The website is operated and the Journal is published by the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Rostov State University of Economics (RINH)”.

2. Use of Website Materials

Users may view materials available on the website, use bibliographic information and links to publications, and download available full-text materials in accordance with the applicable terms of use.

Published materials must be used with appropriate attribution to the authors, the Journal and the relevant bibliographic details.

Where a publication is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, its use is governed by the terms of that license.

3. Registration and Information Provided by Users

When using website functions that require registration or submission of information, users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for actions performed using their accounts.

Personal data are provided and processed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Personal Data Processing Policy of Rostov State University of Economics (RINH).

4. Publications and Editorial Process

Submission, consideration, peer review, editing and publication of manuscripts are carried out in accordance with the editorial policies and author guidelines published on the Journal website.

Submission of information or materials through the website does not constitute automatic acceptance for publication and does not restrict the Editorial Board in making decisions in accordance with the established editorial procedure.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Editorial Board seeks to maintain accurate and up-to-date information but is not responsible for temporary unavailability of the website caused by maintenance, equipment failures, software failures or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The website may contain links to third-party resources. The Journal is not responsible for the content or operation of such external resources.

6. Intellectual Property

Rights to scholarly publications belong to their authors and other rights holders in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the licensing terms applicable to each publication.

The Journal name, website design elements and other materials owned by the University or the Journal may not be used in a manner that creates a false impression of affiliation with the Journal or Rostov State University of Economics (RINH).

7. Personal Data

Personal data of website users are processed by Rostov State University of Economics (RINH) in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and the University's applicable internal regulations.

Consent to personal data processing is provided separately from this User Agreement.

8. Final Provisions

This User Agreement becomes effective upon publication on the website.

The Editorial Board may amend this Agreement in response to changes in Russian legislation, website functionality or editorial procedures.
