This article discusses the need to integrate environmental-resource approaches into the activities of transportation and logistics companies. Materials and methods. Using analysis and assessment methods, the study evaluates existing environmental aspects such as CO₂ emissions and resource consumption, and develops recommendations for the implementation of international standards including ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. Research results. The importance of using environmental-resource standards to reduce negative environmental impact is emphasized. In particular, the need to analyze current processes, optimize routes, implement group delivery and switch to al-ternative fuels is emphasized. Staff training and developing a culture of sustainability are also highlighted as critical elements of successful standards integration. Discussion and conclusion. The discussion emphasizes that the implementation of eco-resource approaches not only im-proves the environmental performance of companies, but also contributes to their competitive-ness. Risks associated with standards implementation, such as high initial costs and the need to retrain staff, can be minimized with proper planning.
