MODERN INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND THE PROSPECTS FOR THEIR IMPLEMENTATION IN DOMESTIC WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS

Abstract

Introduction. The article is devoted to the issues of innovative development of warehouse logistics, the use of smart technologies in this area. The emergence of new technolo-gies, the growth of e-business, and increased customer service are just some of the factors that indicate the changes that have taken place in the warehouse logistics sector in recent years. In the light of these changes, a high-quality infrastructural component of warehouse logistics and especially its terminal and warehouse subsystems are essential for the success of any company. Therefore, modern technologies implemented in warehouses and their infrastructure should be aimed at not only meeting customer needs, but also take into account the current competitive environment in order to create, deliver and preserve value. Materials and methods. The research is based on the work of domestic and foreign scientists engaged in scientific research in the field of warehouse logistics and its digital transformation. During the work on the article, the authors used the provisions of the system paradigm, general scientific research methods such as com-parative, structural and logical analysis. Research results. In this article, the authors reflect on the present and future of warehousing in the context of warehouse logistics and its infrastructur-al component, as well as the application of new technologies in response to customer requests. To this end, firstly, the concept of digital transformation is presented, new technologies are con-sidered as a valuable asset in the modern warehouse industry. Secondly, the concept of ware-house logistics is defined, the various stages of its evolution are traced, and the importance of integrating all participants in the warehouse process is emphasized. Thirdly, it describes some of the most significant technologies currently used in world and domestic practice. The article con-cludes with a description of the use of innovative products such as robotics, Big Data, electronic data exchange technologies, and additive technologies in warehouse logistics. Discussion and conclusion. Despite the fact that enterprises incur additional costs at the stage of introducing in-novative technologies into warehouse logistics, this process has become an integral component for them, since subsequently modernized warehouse processes take on a significant part of the costs, reducing the time and resources for their organization and management, improving the quality of customer service, which ultimately.
