ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL OF METHODS FOR CONTROL OF DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT IN REGION

Abstract

Article reveals the role of digitalization, essence of which is to create comfortable conditions for the life of region’s society. Attention is focused on the fact that digitalization of various spheres of human life has led to the need to introduce more progressive approaches in public administration that correspond to the general trends in the development of information society. Therefore, to ensure the growth of the main indicators of socio-economic condition of any region of country, it is necessary, in addition to the introduction of advanced developments in the field of digital technologies, to conduct continuous and effective monitoring of digital development. In this regard, organizational model of methodology for monitoring the digital development of region has been developed, which includes objects of control, organizational and methodological support and methodological techniques for generalizing and implementing control results. The main goal of the model is to ensure monitoring and assessment of the current state of digital development of the region, timely identification of deviations from a given program, assigned tasks and deadlines.
