Article actualizes the dominant sovereignty of economic security of state, as corresponding economic foundation and guaranteed invulnerability; opinion that logistics as integral part of any business, is vital element of system of consumer demand, it integrates, increases the potential for competitiveness in manufacturing and improving products, helps reduce costs, improve the quality of life of population, gives high standards of service, which provides security of society and not only economic.
