REJECTED FINANCIAL LITERACY OF POPULATION AS SPECIAL TYPE OF FINANCIAL BEHAVIOR

Relevance of research in the field of financial literacy of population is of particular importance in conditions of instability of economy and its difficult to predict direction of development. Need to switch to rational consumption of lowand middle-income segments of population in conditions of rising inflation becomes obvious due to the impossibility of operational indexing of incomes of these segments of population. Purpose of study is to identify the basic aspects for developing a model of teaching the population the basics of financial management, as well as formation of practical skills in personal budgeting, analyzing their own income and expenses, identifying priorities and developing a plan to achieve the desired result by hidden forms of influence on behavior. Reducing chaotic irrational consumption by people with rejected financial literacy reduces social tension, crime rate by optimizing expenses and sources of income. At the same time, the peculiarity of training of this type of population is not gamification, but adjustment of model through leadership and hidden leadership. It is concluded that it is necessary to expand the tools for improving financial literacy based on grouping by criteria of perception of external living conditions, as well as level of involvement in social life.
