IMPLEMENTATION OF PROCUREMENT SYSTEM IN STATE-OWNED COMPANIES

Abstract

Article is devoted to modeling the procurement system in large private and public companies. The main models of procurement system are defined, and features and potential of implementing the experience of purchasing private companies at state unitary enterprises and state corporations in aspect of business processes and system management are identified. Recommendations are given for implementation of procurement system for large holding structures with state participation.
