About the Journal
Vestnik of Rostov State University of Economics (RINH) is a peer-reviewed academic and professional journal published by Rostov State University of Economics (RINH) since 1996.
The Journal publishes original theoretical and applied research in economics and management. Priority is given to studies that combine a clearly formulated research problem with a sound methodology, engagement with current academic literature, reliable empirical evidence and substantive interpretation of the results.

Editorial Approach
Submitted manuscripts undergo initial editorial assessment and double-blind peer review. Following substantial revision, a manuscript may be sent for repeated expert evaluation where necessary.
Originality checking forms part of editorial quality control but does not replace substantive scholarly assessment. Proper citation, appropriate use of borrowed materials and compliance with publication ethics are taken into account.
Editorial assessment is not limited to formal manuscript preparation. Consideration is given to the formulation of the research problem, methodological validity, reliability of the data used, engagement with current academic literature, originality of the results and the quality of their interpretation.
Responsibilities within the publication process are clearly distinguished. Authors are responsible for the content of their research and the accuracy of submitted information, reviewers for the objectivity of expert evaluation, and the Editorial Board for compliance with the established review procedure and the final editorial decision.

The Journal’s publications are represented and discoverable through RSCI/eLIBRARY, CyberLeninka, Dimensions, OpenAlex, Google Scholar and Lens.

«Вестник Ростовского государственного экономического университета (РИНХ)» — рецензируемый научно-практический журнал, издаваемый Ростовским государственным экономическим университетом (РИНХ) с 1996 года.
Журнал публикует результаты оригинальных теоретических и прикладных исследований в области экономики, управления, финансов, предпринимательства, цифровой трансформации, устойчивого развития, региональных и отраслевых процессов, международных экономических отношений и логистики.
Приоритет отдается работам, в которых постановка научной проблемы сочетается с обоснованной методологией исследования, анализом современной научной литературы, использованием достоверного эмпирического материала и содержательной интерпретацией полученных результатов.
Журнал открыт для российских и зарубежных исследователей, преподавателей, аспирантов и специалистов-практиков.
